At Wired Italia Health Beyond we will present the Better AI Health Project.

Funded by the European Commission under the Horizon Europe programme, BETTER develops a platform that allows AI models to be trained directly within hospitals, without transferring sensitive patient data across institutions.

Together with Michele Compare (CTO, Datrix), Stephana Carelli (Ospedale dei Bambini Buzzi) and Pietro Pinoli (Politecnico di Milano), we will discuss how federated infrastructures can support secure collaboration across healthcare institutions while preserving patient privacy.
